VoxRanked provides voice search optimization, business directory listing services, AI-based audit tools, client onboarding systems, branding, consulting, and related services for individuals and businesses. All Services are offered on a prepaid basis. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. You authorize VoxRanked to charge your chosen payment method for all fees and agree that all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not offer refunds unless explicitly guaranteed in writing.
By providing your contact information, including your phone number and email address, you consent to receive communications from VoxRanked via email, SMS, and other channels. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
All content, technology, processes, strategies, trademarks, and designs developed or provided by VoxRanked are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use any part of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Any proprietary information, strategies, or deliverables shared between you and VoxRanked must be kept confidential unless explicitly released in writing by either party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoxRanked disclaims all liability for damages of any kind arising from the use of our Services. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you to VoxRanked in the preceding 30 days.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
